Recommended dose

• Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
• Children (5-9yrs): Take 1 capsule per day. To prevent choking, do not allow children under 6yrs old to swallow a capsule whole. Open capsule and mix content with food or drink.
• Children (10-13yrs): Take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
• Adolescents (14yrs+): Take 1 to 3 capsules per day.

Contraindication

Known Adverse Reactions: Diuretic effect may occur. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency; If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
