I remember when my daughter, Finley, was six months old. I went to the grocery store and bought a couple jars of baby food. After opening a jar of strained green beans, I knew instantly I wasn’t going to feed her anything I wouldn’t eat myself. I definitely wasn’t going to eat that jar of green beans! From that day forward, I committed myself to making my own baby meals from scratch and would create delicious recipes we both loved!
My sister, Jill, had many years of making baby food prior to my experience, so it seemed to be a perfect fit to have her to join me on the journey of Baby Gourmet. We have always shared the same values and had grown up with wholesome, flavourful foods thanks to our parents. Since then, we have carried those values and our passion for nutrition with us as we embarked on the journey to share our food with families across the country.
